Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Pearl de Flore Online purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Items purchased on pearldeflore.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Pearl de Flore.

When returning a set or products, we require all contents from the original set. Partial items from a set will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund or for an exchange.

Once your return package has been delivered to our returns center, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. You will receive a Return Confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on pearldeflore.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.
